On closer inspection if you notice that the top fronds are yellow, the tips of them are turning yellow, chances are you need to make some adjustments. The yellowing of the palm could be a deficiency in nutrients or it could be signs of a pest or fungus. For the most part you will be able to see if there are insects. What if your palms look clean and no signs of insects, what then?

Do's 1.  Mow your lawn every other week 2.  Mow the lawn high, 4-5" when mowed 3.  Avoid stressed areas of your lawn 4.  Possibly skip trimming the edges of the lawn. 5.  Sharpen your blades Don'ts 1.  Mowing too frequently stresses your lawn 2.  Mowing too short will not allow for proper photosynthesis 3.  Mowing stressed areas slows down the healing process in your grass 4.  Edges of the lawn are often weak due to being trimmed too close 5.  Sharpen blades now and in July for clean cuts Remember, if you have any questions, please give us call or complete our online form for an estimate. Once the inside treatment is done, an exterior application is made to the foundation, windows, doors and eaves to prevent further insect infestations.
