Im not a customer but one of their guys accidentally clipped my mailbox with his mirror while driving through the neighborhood. He stopped and took responsibility when he didn't have to. The manager then sent me a check for replacing the mailbox immediately. Good people, good company!

I have had Problem Solved Pest Control for a few years now and what an improvement in my lawn.  Before their service my lawn was full of Florida snow weeds and other types of weeds.  Connor reviewed my lawn and provided some recommendations for his services and watering various areas around my home.  His techs continue to provide feedback on any issues my sprinklers don't water to keep my lawn green and mostly weed free.  Most areas of my lawn are like walking on a carpet.  Very thick and green. These guys are amazing. They got my yard from almost needing to get new sod to the nicest on the street. They took care of the grub prob quickly and effectively and gave my grass a whole new life. I also use them for pest control after trying 2 other big make companies and I'm so glad I did. Call them you won't regret it. They are very honest and professional. We are very happy with the services we've received from Problem Solved Pest control. Our technician, John, was always very thorough and professional, and never hurried through the treatments at our home. He was also very friendly and personable. Problem solved is working hard to get our grass in shape. Green, denser, weed free and keep it that way. It is coming along but time will tell. Shrubs and trees took a beating with all the cold weather in February. I think that most of them will make it, prayers said. Great company! I've been using Problem Solved Bug service now for about 2 years!. The service gentlemen or very thorough and document anything they may see inside or outside your home. Have a place in Foxwoods in Englewood. Frank S. Has been “my guy” ever since I signed the contract.  My issue is palmetto bugs. Lots of them.  I feel like Frank and I are in the battle together.  He always responds to my requests quickly and fully explains the plan of action. Problem solved has the contract from the complex to treat the outside and Frank makes sure the exterior of my house gets treated every time he comes. It’s a great company and Frank makes it better!! I wanted to compliment office manager Jonathan Wiggin and receptionist Victoria. Their interaction made me feel valued as a customer. I appreciate their time and effort in resolving a misunderstanding today. Because of their customer service and professional behavior over the phone, I renewed my contract with the company for another year.
